What You'll Receive
Life Coaching with Ana
To kick-start your retreat experience, we offer you a private online pre-retreat consultation to tailor your program to your needs and goals. Our expert team is dedicated to ensuring that you get the most out of your retreat experience, and this is an essential part of that process.
Group Daily Program
You will be invited to morning practice of meditation or Chi Kung at 8am each day followed by breakfast at 9 and a morning coaching session from 11am -1pm. After lunch we invite you back to an afternoon group session from 3pm - 6pm. These sessions will be dynamic and tailored to the group experience and individual goals.
Luxury Accommodation
Retire to your room and enjoy a restful nights sleep with premium bed and fascinates. The manor house location is private and secluded for optimal peace and tranquility.

It was in the lush jungles of Peru where Ana experienced a profound shift in her consciousness. There, she discovered the transformative powers of ancient Amazonian plant medicines and spent several years learning from indigenous shamans and healers.
